One simple unifying tool

Simplicity is key to ensure adoption up and down your sales channel. Caed upon the industry standard ECIA Registration form, there is no easier method to managing projects across multiple organizations and teams.  RegiMan's 5 step process is simple:

  1. User uploads a registration form outlining project details
  2. Administrator approves and assigns channel partners
  3. System emails channel partners of the new opportunity
  4. Follow up Emails to each channel partner to provide:
    • Current status (id / qual / pre-prod / prod / eol)
    • Booking quantity projected over defined period of time
    • Confidence factor rating of 1 ~ 10 (10 ~100%).
    • Status Notes
  5. Admin reviews and selects whose input to accept as the master (all channel partners can see other party's feedback, if enabled).

Each follow up email includes an access link good for 72 hours. Input is only 4 data points per project. Dormant projects are flagged for urgent response. Information is 64 bit encryption protectied and can't be copied, screen captured or exported (except by administrator).
